Your responsibilities:

• Review, analyze and organize a high-volume of client-facing technical documentations.

• Produce high caliber documents by making researches, writing and editing technical documentation using engineering schemas and on site analysis.

• Researching and developing original writings of highly technical operations, maintenance and procedures manuals.

• Identify the technical illustrations needs.

• Participate in the validation process of technical writings content.

• Be responsible of the information exchange between the teams, maintaining a common look and feel to all documentation produced.

• Participate in technical meetings with the members of the project.

• Build a strong relationship with the client based on confidence.

Your profile:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Support Engineer for industrial products;

• Capacity to easily interprets engineering drawings and bill of materials;

• Bachelor degree in Engineering would be a plus;

• Previous experience in railway industry would be an asset;

• Knowledge of technical writing concepts and techniques, which includes writing clear, concise and simple sentences to explain difficult concepts;

• Good communication skills when interacting with subject matter experts;

• Client oriented attitude
