Operation Manager

Context:
In the framework of developing our activities we are looking for an Operations Manager for our branch in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. The manager will ensure execution and continued development of the organization, capabilities, processes, systems, and reporting to ensure excellent customer service support. Your responsibilities:
​Your role will be to manage the branch in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You will be part of North American division (Canada and USA) of LGM Group and you will directly report to VP of LGM North America. Your responsibilities will be:
 
  • Team and resources management:
    • Manage resource scheduling and allocation,

    • Manage a multi-cultural team: recruitment, motivation, career development,

    • Ensure high standard of quality and efficiency in team functions.

  • Procedures and processes set up:

    • Set up and ensure adherence to corporate processes, procedures, and values,
    • Identify, evaluate, and implement best practices across all teams.

 

  • Project management:

    • Budget oversight and financial management of all project pipelines,
    • Collaborate with team leaders across business functions to drive project execution,
    • Follow-up with the clients on the projects and ensure target achievement for each project.
 
  • Business development:
    • Actively participate in the development of USA branch,
    • Maintain branch expansion within the region to achieve the targets in the most cost effective manner,
    • Develop, maintain, and evaluate a variety of customer and supplier partner relationships across multiple projects.
Your profile:
  • Engineering studies (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or equivalent professional experience,
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a management role,
  • Proven track record of highly effective team leadership,
  • Exceptional communication abilities on all levels of an organization,
  • Previous experience in establishing and developing strong relationships with customers,
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate prioritization across departments,
  • Excellent organizational aptitudes,
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills,
  • Client oriented attitude.
